Clarion Hotel Golden Horn

I am very pleased with everything. Obviously they know how to take good care of their guests. The staff are amazingly professional especially Mr. Ilker and Ms.Melek were very lovely and friendly. I must also mention a very nice lady named Suhaila she knows how to make you stay memorable.

I have tried several hotels in Istanbul and believe me, this is the best hotel in Istanbul, the whole hotel definitely functioned at 5 star level, really great! The customer service and warm welcome were great and much appreciated, and I haven't even mentioned how clean the hotel is and how delicious the food is, the rooms are cleaned very well every day and the food is great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to Istanbul, it's really worth the money! Literally everything was to your liking, the beautiful rooms with beautiful views, the best room service that keeps the rooms super clean, the good air purification and air conditioning in the rooms, the food and even free transportation is offered to various tourist places from the hotel You will also receive excellent guidance in everything. A guy named Ramazan helped me very well, super super thankful for my wonderful stay at your hotel!

One of the best choices in Istanbul for families! We stayed at Clarion Hotel Golden Horn and I can confidently say — this is a place where you truly feel taken care of. From the very first day, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Every request, every little question was handled with care and respect. You really feel like a welcome guest here, not just a room number. The location is also fantastic for those who want to enjoy Istanbul but avoid the crazy tourist crowds. The views of the Golden Horn are absolutely stunning. In the mornings, it’s a pleasure to have coffee and watch the water, and in the evenings, the area is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern, and perfectly equipped for both couples and families with kids. We loved the comfortable beds and the quality of the linens — small things that make a big difference after a long day exploring the city. Another huge bonus — the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city center and the main tourist spots. That was very convenient for us with kids. It saved us a lot of time and made our trip much more comfortable. What we personally appreciated most is the balance this hotel gives: it’s close enough to reach the heart of Istanbul quickly, but far enough to give you peace, silence, and rest after a busy day. Breakfast deserves a special mention: a wide selection, fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The team working in the restaurant is very professional and attentive. We stayed here as a family with children and felt absolutely comfortable. The service here feels warm, sincere, and truly Turkish in the best sense — hospitality at its finest. Check-in was seamless, The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches The on-site dining options were fantastic – breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, delicious choices, and the restaurant offered impeccable service and cuisine in the evenings. I also took advantage of fitness center, both of which were immaculate and relaxing. What really sets this hotel apart is the genuine hospitality. Every team member I encountered made me feel valued and at home. It's clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was a really good size, and the bed was huge. Great scenery from the bedroom window and from the roof terrace when having breakfast. The surrounding area feels safe, despite being near a major road no noise was in the hotel room. Very safe and solid security at the hotel too. There's a bus stop on the main road outside the hotel which easily takes you to the main city centre. Also the hotel is near two bridges to Sultan Ahmed, so pretty convenient to get around by taxi. They also have a room for prayer facilities which is really convenient and clean.
